Flatbread Steak Pizza with Garlic Aioli

I love recipes where I cook once and then use it for multiple meals.  I never know if my boys are going to eat a full steak or 2 bites (I think it has something to do with growth spurts).  Often, I have a steak left over when we have grilled.  I keep these around to make Steak and Pasta Salad, and Mediterranean Steak Salad, but I found a new recipe this weekend that may be more popular with the guys in the house.

I couldn't try just one Aioli recipe when Red Gold Tomatoes sent me some recipes and tomatoes to try.  The Flatbread Veggie Pizza looked good, but let's be honest.  I live in house with ranchers...1 big one and 2 little ones.  Meals have to include meat.

This recipe also got 2 thumbs up just like the Italian Roast Beef Panini with Garlic Aioli.

Garlic Aioli=1 (14.5 oz) can Garlic and Olive Oil Tomatoes, drained + 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Flatbread Steak Pizza with Garlic Aioli

4 Flatbreads
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 small red onion thinly sliced
1 grilled rib eye steak, thinly sliced
1 recipe Red Gold Garlic Aioli

Preheat oven to 425*F.  Spread a layer of aioli on the flatbread.  Layer steak strips over the aioli.  Sprinkle with bell pepper, onions and cheese.  Bake pizza for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Just before serving sprinkle with fresh basil if desired.

How do you use a left over steak?  Have you ever made an aioli before?

If you want to try Aioli just like I did AND have a chance to win a Cuisinart Griddler (a prize pack worth $250!!!!!!!!)  check out Red Gold Tomatoes on Facebook and enter to win by Tuesday May 27th!
